Samourai Wallet was a non-custodial Bitcoin wallet whose operators were arrested in 2024 and whose hosted coordination services were disrupted. Keys stayed with users, but Whirlpool and server-side history paths changed — export on-chain data and any local notes before tax filing.

Explorers / archives: Use mempool.space or similar to rebuild UTXO history for each address you controlled; label CoinJoin / Whirlpool rounds manually.
Software: Import on-chain data into crypto tax software (Koinly, CoinTracker, etc.) and flag privacy-pool transactions for manual review with an accountant.
